Return and Exchange Policy
At HAREER&AMBER, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you ordered, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Return Window: You may return items within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Products: All returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Products must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, labels, and attachments, as they were when shipped to you.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same procedure as a return, and once your return is approved, we will assist you in processing the exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at hareeramber@gmail.com. Provide the following details in your email:
- Your order number.
- The product(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- A brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the product.
Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you with instructions. Please note that returns will only be approved if the products meet the conditions mentioned above.
3. Return Approval and Shipping
Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the product back to us. The return address will be provided by our customer service team.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover the cost of returning the item to us.
- Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
4. Refund Process
After we receive the returned product(s) and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
- Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. This means the amount refunded will exclude any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase or return.
